In order to ensure the quality of goods to consumers, avoid and reduce quality disputes, Plaza promised to sell goods quality in line with national or industry standards. If the quality of goods that sold out, does not conform to the quality standard, or the goods that detected by the national testing institutions are unqualified, we accept managment in accordance with the “ Product Quality Law”.

Service Assurance
We provide a full range of shopping services, to satisfy costumers in the shopping process.

Zero-delay service support on delivery installation
Operators shall deliver or install the goods in accordance with appointed time on tne contract. If the Operators fail,shall be liable for breach of contract, that’s 3per thousand of the bill for 1-day overdue to costumers as overdue breach. For some of goods delaying, 3per thousand of goods undelivered to costumers as overdue breach.

Environmental Assurance
We assure all products (products) are in line with national or industrial environmental protection requirements. We refuse false environmental information. We refuse to sell harmful goods to the health of consumers.

Price Assurance

Pre-compensation Assurance
